Scheduling of Floating Holidays. It is the responsibility of an employee who accrues a floating holiday under Sections 1 and 2 to schedule the holiday time off at a time that is mutually agreeable to the employee and his/her supervisor prior to the end of the fiscal year. Any accrued, but unused floating holiday time will be lost at the end of the fiscal year.
