SCE as Scheduling Coordinator. (i) At least thirty (30) days before Initial Synchronization, Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to SCE all documents necessary to authorize or designate SCE as the Scheduling Coordinator during the Startup Period and throughout the Term of this Agreement.
