SCE as Scheduling Coordinator. (a) In the event that Section 3.19(b) is applicable, then, commencing upon the later of: (i) Initial Synchronization, or (ii) the date upon which SCE becomes Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to Section 3.19(b), SCE shall act as Scheduling Coordinator (without receiving any separate remuneration for such services other than as set forth in Section 4.05(d)), on behalf of Seller, and shall submit bids and SC Schedules to the ISO in accordance with ISO Tariff protocols.

SCE as Scheduling Coordinator. (i) At least thirty (30) days prior to Initial Synchronization, Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to SCE all documents necessary to authorize or designate SCE as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator during the Startup Period and throughout the Term of this Agreement.
SCE as Scheduling Coordinator. At least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of thea Put Delivery Period, Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to SCE and the CAISO all documents necessary to authorize or designate SCE as Scheduling Coordinator (“SC”) for the Project with the CAISO effective as of the beginning of the Put Delivery Period. If SCE is not fully authorized as the SC for the Project as of the beginning of the Put Delivery Period and such delay is: due solely to Seller’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Tariff related to authorizing SCE as SC, then until SCE is fully authorized as the SC for the Project, (i) SCE shall be entitled to the Product, but (ii) Seller shall not be entitled to any payment under this Agreement; due solely to SCE’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Tariff related to authorizing SCE as SC, then, until SCE is fully authorized as the SC for the Project, (i) SCE shall not be entitled to the Product, and (ii) the Generating Unit(s) shall be deemed to be available for the amount of the Contract Capacity that is unavailable or undeliverable due to such failure; or due to either (x) CAISO failure to perform the actions necessary to authorize SCE as SC, or (y) the failure of both Parties to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Tariff with respect to authorizing SCE as SC, then, until SCE is fully authorized as the SC for the Project, (i) SCE shall not be entitled to the Product, and (ii) Seller shall not be entitled to any payment under this Agreement. During thea Put Delivery Period, Seller shall not authorize or designate any other party to act as SC, nor shall Seller perform for its own benefit the duties of SC, and Seller shall not revoke SCE’s authorization to act as SC unless agreed to in writing by SCE. SCE shall submit bids and schedules to the CAISO in accordance with the Tariff. Seller shall reasonably cooperate with SCE in performing any actions necessary prior to the start of theany Put Delivery Period to allow each Generating Unit to be (i) dispatched (or otherwise scheduled to operate) for the first day of the Put Delivery Period and (ii) reported to or scheduled with the CAISO pursuant to the Tariff, either through SLIC or as otherwise required by the CAISO, as being in an outage at the commencement of the Put Delivery Period. SCE as Scheduling Coordinator. (i) When necessary, Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to SCE and the CAISO all documents necessary to authorize or designate SCE as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator for the Delivery Term.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Local Coordinator Leave The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Choice Telephone Company to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Choice Telephone Company’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Security Coordinator Provider shall provide the name and contact information of Provider’s Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the DPA.
