SCBA Technicians. 1.1 Effective July 1, 2011, the City will provide an incentive payment of $400 annually for one (1) supervisor of SCBA technicians and $150 annually for up to three (3) SCBA Technicians. Upon acceptable performance, such incentive payment shall be calculated and paid the first full pay period each December.
