Satisfaction by Contractor. The Contractor must promptly satisfy and comply with a Wage Theft judgement, order, or other determination against it. The Contractor must provide the City’s Office of Equality Assurance with documentary evidence that it satisfied and complied with the Wage Theft judgement, order, or other determination within five (5) calendar days of doing so.

Satisfaction by Contractor. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, no Compensation shall be paid to Subcontractor until due hereunder and the Services have been inspected, reviewed, and approved by the Contractor in the Contractor’s sole discretion, acting reasonably.   • SATISFACTION WITH PERSONNEL If at any time Licensee or SAP is dissatisfied with the material performance of a Consultant or a Licensee project team member, the dissatisfied party shall promptly report such dissatisfaction to the other party in writing and may request a replacement.
