Salary Payment Schedules & Compensation Model. 1. Teachers will receive their basic salary (including pay for extra duty assignments) divided among twenty-six (26) bi-weekly paychecks. Except as otherwise specifically provided hereinafter, but otherwise in accordance with section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code and the Treasury Regulations thereto (“409A”), the time or schedule of any payment of salary will not be accelerated.

  • Salary Pay Date/Schedule 3.1.1 Save and except for substitute teachers, each teacher shall be paid 1/12 of their annual rate of salary on or before the 25 day of the month from September to August inclusive provided that the December payment shall be made prior to the last teaching day in December.

  • Salary Payment In consideration of Executive’s timely execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to Executive’s Monthly Base Salary multiplied by the number of months in the Covered Termination Severance Period, less applicable withholdings. The severance payment shall be payable (except as set forth in Article 5) in a lump sum on the first regularly-scheduled payroll date occurring on or after the Release Deadline Date.

  • Salary Payments For payroll purposes, the work week shall be defined as Monday through Sunday. In any school year, the dollar amounts on the first and last paychecks of the year may vary.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement.   • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
