Salary and Allowances. (i) A part-time teacher shall be paid at the rate of salary for his/her category and appropriate allowances for teaching and related experiences and post- graduate degree(s) as provided in this Agreement, all of which shall be pro- rated in the same ratio as part-time employment is to full-time employment.
