Other Allowance. For each round trip to the airport at his home base for flight duty, periodic training, annual briefing, medical and ground school, a transportation expense of $5.30 shall be paid. Gratuity Allowance. For flights involving hotel accommodation, a check in and gratuity allowance (G) shall be paid $5.05 for each night of hotel accommodations. Extended Duty Allowance. For flights involving time away from home base in excess of 120 hours, an allowance of $12.50 for each complete 24 hour period thereafter shall apply. Other Allowance. This is a balancing component equal to Gross salary minus (Basic salary + House Rent Allowance + Conveyance Allowance + Leave Travel Assistance). The coverage is up to a maximum of 40 months of basic salary. Group Personal Accident Insurance coverage extended by Cypress is only for employees and not for families. The cost of premium for Group Personal Accident Insurance for each employee is borne by Cypress India Life Insurance: All regular employees are covered under Group Life Insurance policy with Life Insurance Corporation of India. The amount of coverage is a maximum of one year’s gross salary of the employee. The company covers only the employees and not the families for Life Insurance. Provident Fund: All regular employees are covered under the Employees Provident Fund Act. The Provident Fund benefit is applicable from the date of joining and is subject to applicable law. The contribution to Provident Fund is 12% of Basic salary, each from the employee and Cypress India. The employee’s contribution to Provident Fund is deducted from the monthly gross salary.   • Car Allowance The Executive will be paid a $1,000 per month car allowance during the term of this Agreement.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Shoe Allowance Effective May I, 2002 the employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen department once per year, the amount of $60.00 and once every two years the amount of$60.00 for maintenance, stores person, and banquet house person.   • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Auto Allowance Executive shall be entitled to an auto allowance for one vehicle for Executive’s use up to $1,000 per month.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.
