Common use of Safety Reporting Clause in Contracts

Safety Reporting. All employees shall report promptly unsafe working conditions to their supervisors. Any employee involved in an accident shall report the accident and any injuries sustained according to Employer procedures. The employee and the supervisor shall immediately make out an accident report in a form provided by the Employer, including notation of all witnesses to the accident.
