Third Party Reports. All reports received from third parties (such as the SEC, FNMA, GNMA, FHLMC) subsequent to the last reporting period are attached hereto. These reports include the following (if none, write “None”):
Third Party Reports. Copies of all written soils, engineering, architectural, termite, pest control, endangered species, ADA, Fair Housing Act and environmental site assessments, reports and audits, if any, pertaining to the Property and prepared by independent consultants for and on behalf of Seller, including historical HUD audits.
Third Party Reports. BTC agrees to require, as a term of any sublicense agreement, that the Sublicensee shall render written reports to BTC of Net Sales of Licensed Products no less frequently than twice per year and in sufficient detail to enable the royalties payable by BTC hereunder to be determined (“Third Party Reports”). BTC shall also require Sublicensees to keep records concerning Net Sales for a period of at least three (3) years, and to permit reasonable examination of such records by an independent accounting firm selected by BTC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as enlarging, or requiring BTC to modify, Auxilium’s, its Affiliate’s or its Sublicensee’s existing reporting and record keeping obligations pursuant to the Auxilium License Agreement.
Third Party Reports. All user-viewed impressions and Clickthrus related to AT&T products and services on the iVillage Sites will be audited on a monthly basis by Coopers & Xxxxxxx IPRO, Netcount, or Interse, as the parties shall agree, or by another third party auditing firm to be mutually approved by the parties, at iVillage's sole expense, and iVillage shall furnish copies of such reports to AT&T within 5 days following receipt by iVillage. Such reports shall include the total number of viewed impressions and Clickthrus of each individual advertisement that appears during the monthly reporting period on each page of the iVillage Sites and other Information as AT&T shall reasonably require.

Third Party Reports. Within thirty (30) days after any request by Lender, each Borrower shall deliver to Lender and pay for (or reimburse Lender for cost of) any reports of third parties (e.g., engineers or environmental consultants) requested by Lender as to any Collateral Property the Net Operating Income for which has declined by ten percent (10%) or more since the date on which it first became a Collateral Property.
Third Party Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory third- party appraisal, feasibility, engineering, environmental and accounting reviews relating to the Project.
Third Party Reports. For each Third Party Application Assessed by Veracode for Customer as part of the Solution or for which the Third Party elects to publish the results of a Report regarding its Third Party Application to Customer as provided for herein, Veracode shall make available to Customer a summary version of a Third Party Report containing the results of the Assessment as further described in an Order Form and the Third Party will have access to a detailed Third Party Report relating to the Third Party Application as further described in the Order Form. Customer understands and agrees that, pursuant to Veracode’s separate agreement with the Third Party, the Third Party Report shall be deemed to be owned by, and considered to be the Confidential Information of, the Third Party. Customer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non- transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to access, use and reproduce the summary version of the Third Party Report and any Veracode Property contained therein in the form provided by Veracode solely for Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal use.
