  • CALL TIME Section 1. Employees who have been called in to work outside of their regular shift schedule shall be paid at the appropriate rate for the hours worked or a minimum of three hours' pay at the employee's regular straight time hourly rate, whichever is greater. Call time pay begins when employees report to their assigned work site ready for work.   • Show Up Time a) When an Employee reports for work but is not placed to work or is unable to continue to work because of inclement weather or any other reason beyond the control of the Employer, the following shall apply:

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer.
