Room and Meal Rates. I will pay the University the applicable rates for the room assigned to me and for the meal plan I select. Fall semester charges will be billed each August and Spring semester charges will be billed each January. Room and meal rates are online at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/resources/rates. University Student Financial Services & Cashier Operations (“Cashier”) will bill me separately for each semester of the academic year. The Cashier website at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx provides billing information. The University may, at its sole discretion and in accordance with University policies, withhold services from me or cancel this Contract if I fail to satisfy my financial obligations. If I am a continuing resident to undergraduate residence halls, I may be eligible for a constant rate for up to four years in accordance with the Constant Rate Program.

  • Rental Rates Schedules for (i) proposed rental rates on heavy construction equipment, and (ii) proposed wage rates of operating engineers. The Design-Builder firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates comply with the Contract Documents.

  • Penal Rates (a) Weekend rate - applies to ordinary time (other than overtime) worked after midnight Friday/Saturday until midnight Sunday/Monday shall be paid at time one half (T0.5) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay.

Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
