Common use of Roof Equipment Clause in Contracts

Roof Equipment. As long as Tenant is not in default under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right at its sole cost and expense, subject to compliance with all Legal Requirements, to install, maintain, and remove on the top of the roof of the Building in a location designated by Landlord, equipment (having a diameter and height acceptable to Landlord) for the transmission or reception of communication of signals as Tenant may from time to time desire (collectively, “the “Roof Equipment”) on the following terms and conditions:
