Role of Seniority in Layoff. (a) In the event of a layoff, full-time employees shall be laid off with fifteen (15) days advance notice by classification in the reverse order of seniority providing those retained are qualified to perform designated work functions. A reduction in hours of work per week shall be considered a layoff.
