Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict any professional employee such rights as he/she may have under the Public School Code or the Public Employee Relations Act 195, or other applicable laws. By the same token, nothing contained herein shall be construed to relieve any professional employee of his/her duties and responsibilities under the Public School Code, or the Public Employee Relations Act 195, or other applicable laws.
