Rights of the Grievant and the Association. 1. A grievant may, at his/her sole discretion, be accompanied at all steps of the Grievance Procedure by a representative of the Association. The Association shall be given the opportunity to be present at any grievance remedy. Any grievance adjustment shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
