  • RIGHT TO ENTER In permitting the use of the Facility described herein, Alamo Colleges District does not relinquish control or custody thereof and does hereby specifically retain the right to enforce any and all laws, rules and/or policies and procedures of Alamo Colleges District applicable thereto. All portions of the Facility will at all times be under the charge and control of Alamo Colleges District. Any entry into the Leased Premises or the Outside Areas obtained by Landlord in accordance with this paragraph shall not under any circumstances be construed or deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Leased Premises, or an eviction, actual or constructive of Tenant from the Leased Premises or any portion thereof.

  • Right to Have Xxxxxxx Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have their xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact their xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.
