Common use of Review Team Conference Clause in Contracts

Review Team Conference. All team members meet to discuss the results of the syllabi, self-study, workstation observations, the review of professional responsibilities, administrative documentation, and the student review forms. All elements of the performance review must be completed prior to the review team conference. Performance review forms including written recommendations will be completed at this time. The team decides whether to recommend continuation of the tenure-track contract (for first and second year tenure-track faculty). The team meets in the fall semester for fourth-year tenure-track faculty to consider whether or not to recommend to the College President that tenure be granted.
