Review Step One. Any objection properly submitted to the Union President shall be promptly heard by the Executive Board of the Union, which shall review the objection and any other pertinent matter submitted by the objector. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of any objection, the Executive Board shall determine whether any reduction in the amount of the proportionate share payments is to be made, and notify the objector in writing.
