Punctuality. If an emergency prevents the employee from starting work on time, at either the beginning of work or after a break, the employee must contact either his or her supervisor or the customer (as the case may be) or both as soon possible to explain the circumstances.

Punctuality. It is clearly recognised by the Parties that it is inefficient to start working after the nominated start time and/or finish working before the nominated finish time. Therefore, it is agreed and clearly understood that Employees shall: ▪ Arrive and prepare for work prior to the nominated start time in order to commence work at the nominated start time; ▪ Have a maximum of five (5) minutes prior to the nominated finish time to pack up and clean up in order to cease work as close as possible to the nominated finish time; ▪ Observe rest and, meal break times so that the relevant nominated break time is not exceeded.

Punctuality. The receiving area will provide accurate timetables for fulfillment of responsibilities and will meet these timetables. When a timetable does not meet the need of the administrative support area, and there are options for expediting the work, the receiving area will explain those options to the administrative support area as well as any need to reprioritize fulfillment of other responsibilities. If unable to meet deadlines, the receiving area will provide notification in advance of the missed deadline and an estimated updated deadline.
