REUSE BY DISTRICT Sample Clauses

REUSE BY DISTRICT. All plans for the Project, including, but not limited to, record drawings, specifications, and estimates prepared pursuant thereto, shall be and remain the property of the District for the purposes of repairs, maintenance, renovations, modernization, or other purposes, only as they relate to the assigned Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the District may use the plans, record drawings, specifications, or estimates related to the assigned Project for the purposes of additions, alignments, or other development on the site. The District reserves the right to reuse certain elements, features, details or other project standards in order to incorporate them into other projects within the District.

  • With Cause by District District may terminate this Agreement upon giving of written notice of intention to terminate for cause. Cause shall include:

  • For Convenience by District District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

  • Early and Safe Return to Work The Hospital and the Union both recognize their obligations in facilitating the early and safe return to work of disabled employees.   • City’s Right to Suspend for Convenience City may suspend all or any portion of Contractor’s performance under this Contract at its sole option and for its convenience for a reasonable period of time not to exceed six (6) months. City must first give ten (10) days’ written notice to Contractor of such suspension. City will pay to Contractor a sum equivalent to the reasonable value of the goods and/or services satisfactorily provided up to the date of suspension. City may rescind the suspension prior to or at six (6) months by providing Contractor with written notice of the rescission, at which time Contractor would be required to resume performance in compliance with the terms and provisions of this Contract. Contractor will be entitled to an extension of time to complete performance under the Contract equal to the length of the suspension unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.

  • Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.

  • PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS If the Property is in a public improvement district,

  • TERMINATION BY STATE FOR CONVENIENCE 14.3.1 The State may, at any time, terminate this agreement for the State’s convenience and without cause.
