Returning to a Classification. 1. When an employee returns to a classification under Section 4(A) Reduction in Force, Section 2(A) Leave of Absence, or Section 2 (B) Military Service, the returning employee shall return to the group which he/she left. Should this create an excess in that group, procedures outlined in Section 6(C-3) shall be followed.
