Common use of Return to Comparable Job Clause in Contracts

Return to Comparable Job. An Employee who is on a leave of absence under this Collective Agreement for a period in excess of ninety (90) days shall, upon the conclusion of such leave of absence, be given a comparable job in the bargaining unit and shall receive the same pay as in effect prior to such leave of absence and any increases in pay which may have occurred during this leave of absence.
