Return to Bank and Company. All promotional materials, advertising displays, signage, emblems, Sales Draft forms, credit memoranda, and other forms supplied to Merchant or Company and not purchased by Merchant or consumed in use will remain the property of Bank or Company and will be immediately returned to Bank or Company upon termination of this Agreement. Merchant is fully liable for all loss, cost, and expense suffered or incurred by Bank or Company arising out of the failure to return or destroy such materials following termination.

  • BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA, S A. as swap counterparty (in such capacity, the “Counterparty”); and

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device.   • Xxxxxxxxxxx Leave Classified personnel may be granted two (2) days of Xxxxxxxxxxx Leave with pay in the event of the death of the employee’s spouse, parent, step parent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, child, step child, legally adopted child, biological/adoptive parent of child, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, or grandchild. After the two (2) days, the employee will be allowed to use accumulated sick leave, personal leave with pay, or personal leave without pay contingent upon approval of immediate supervisor when it is determined the needs of the school can be met. Classified personnel will be allowed to use accumulated sick leave, personal leave with pay, or personal leave without pay, as approved by the immediate supervisor, in the event of the death of the employee’s xxxxxx parent, xxxxxx child, step brother, aunt, uncle, step sister, current spouse’s step parent, current spouse’s xxxxxx parent, current spouse’s grandparent, sister-in-law, brother-in-law.
