Common use of Retirees Clause in Contracts

Retirees. Xxxxxxxx retirees as defined in this section shall mean those tenured faculty who have retired from the State Teachers' or Public Employees' Retirement Systems on a service retirement and who have worked as a tenured/tenure-track faculty member for the San Diego Community College District for a minimum of twenty

Retirees. Xxxxxxxx retirees as defined in this section shall mean those tenured faculty who have retired from the State Teachers' or Public Employees' Retirement Systems on a service retirement retirement, who have resigned their position with the District, and who have worked as a tenured/tenure-track faculty member for the San Diego Community College District for a minimum of twentytwenty (20) years and are between the ages of sixty (60) and sixty-four (64), inclusive and were enrolled in the District benefits program at the time of retirement.
