Restrictions on the Use of Funds. Funds shall be expended in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines (411.01(9)(d), F.S.; 45 CFR 98 section 98.54). The Sub-recipient shall maintain distinctive and clearly identifiable fiscal records reflecting the separation of funding sources for the School Readiness Program and other Programs. The Sub-recipient shall establish a separate general ledger account for each fund within the accounting system to generate reports that will show all transactions by fund. A clear audit trail shall exist showing the benefit received from each expenditure as it relates to the applicable program/activity.

Restrictions on the Use of Funds. A. Contractor agrees that information produced through these funds, and which pertains to drugs and alcohol - related programs, shall contain a clearly written statement that there shall be no unlawful use of drugs or alcohol associated with the program. Additionally, no aspect of a drug or alcohol - related program shall include any message on the responsible use, if the use is unlawful, of drugs or alcohol (HSC Section 11999-11999.3). By signing this Contract, Contractor agrees that it will enforce, and will require its Subcontractors to enforce, these requirements.
