Restitution/Reinstatement. 1. Should a decision be rendered at any step of the grievance procedure that the employee was unjustly discharged, demoted, or suspended without reasonable and just cause, the Employer agrees to reinstate the employee to the employee's former position effective the date of the discharge, demotion, or suspension.
