Rest Periods Between Shifts. Unless agreed otherwise with an employee, the Employer agrees to endeavour to provide a minimum of nine (9) hours rest period between regular scheduled shifts of eight (8) hours. In the banquet department the Employer agrees to endeavour to provide a minimum of eight (8) hours between regular scheduled shifts.
