  • Return to Service Previous unused sick leave allowance shall be placed to the credit of a laid off employee upon return to permanent employment within three (3) years of such layoff. A separated employee who received payment for unused accumulated sick leave under this Section and who returns to service shall not be credited with any previous sick leave allowance.

  • Reporting to Work Employees shall be at their work sites, report-in location or headquarters location by their shift starting time. A Park Officer’s report-in location shall be one assigned park. Employees who are on authorized travel expenses, greater than forty- five (45) miles from their home, have the option to commute. Employees who wish to commute rather than claim travel expenses may request to commute by use of a Request for Waiver of Travel Expenses form.   • Changes to Service We may, from time to time, modify the Service to reflect improvements and other changes and modifications to our network. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue or limit Service as required to comply with or satisfy our obligations under applicable laws or regulations, including when changes to or interpretations of such laws and regulations have a material, adverse effect on the business, technical or economic feasibility of providing Service, as determined by us in our reasonable judgment.

  • Ability to Service The Servicer is an approved seller/servicer of conventional residential mortgage loans for Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac, with the facilities, procedures and experienced personnel necessary for the sound servicing of mortgage loans of the same type as the Mortgage Loans.
