Common use of Reprisal Clause in Contracts

Reprisal. The school district will discipline any individual who retaliates against any person who reports alleged harassment or intimidation in violation of this policy or who retaliates against any person who testifies, assists, or participates in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing related to a harassment or intimidation complaint. Retaliation includes, but is not limited to, any form of intimidation, reprisal, or harassment.

Reprisal.
