Except as set forth in the Liberty Disclosure Schedule, provided that the information set forth in any one section of the Liberty Disclosure Schedule will be deemed to be included in all other relevant sections of such Liberty Disclosure Schedule, and be deemed to modify the other corresponding representations and warranties contained in this Article V accordingly, if and solely to the extent that the relevancy of such information to such other sections of the Liberty Disclosure Schedule is reasonably apparent (including by explicit cross-reference or incorporation by reference) from the information so disclosed, the Liberty Parties, jointly and severally, represent and warrant to IAC that:

Except as disclosed in the Liberty Reports (including all exhibits and schedules thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein) filed by Liberty Parent with the SEC on or after December 31, 2018 and prior to the date of this Agreement (excluding, in each case, any disclosures set forth in any risk factor section or in any other section to the extent they are forward-looking statements or cautionary, predictive or forward-looking in nature, other than, in each of the foregoing, any historical facts included therein) or in the corresponding sections of the disclosure letter delivered to the Schlumberger Parties by Liberty Parent prior to entering into this Agreement (the “Liberty Disclosure Letter”), Liberty Parent represents and warrants to the Schlumberger Parties as follows:
