There is currently no market consensus on what precise attributes are required for a particular project to be defined as “green” and “blue”, nor can any assurance be given that such a clear definition or consensus will develop over time, and therefore no assurance can be provided to potential investors that the relevant eligible green assets will continue to meet the relevant eligibility criteria.
