Reports to Holders and Exchanges. In addition to the reports required by subsections (a), (b) and (d) above, promptly upon any Agent’s request, the Master Servicer will furnish or cause to be furnished to each Agent, copies of any reports specified in such request which the Master Servicer sends to any of its securityholders, and any reports, final registration statements (excluding exhibits), and each final prospectus and all amendments thereto that the Master Servicer files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and registrations of securities for selling securities;

In addition to the reports required by SUBSECTION (A) next above, promptly upon the Agent's request, copies of any reports specified in such request which the Servicer sends to any of its security holders, and any reports or registration statements that the Servicer files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and to registrations of securities for selling security holders;

In addition to the reports required by subsections (a), (b), (c) and (d) above, promptly upon the Administrative Agent's request, the Master Servicer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent, on the Purchaser's behalf, copies of any reports specified in such request which the Master Servicer sends to any of its securityholders, and any reports, final registration statements (excluding exhibits), and each final prospectus and all amendments thereto that the Master Servicer files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and registrations of securities for selling securities;

Reports to Holders and Exchanges. In addition to the reports required by SUBSECTIONS (A) and (B) next above, promptly upon the filing thereof, copies of any reports that KBK files with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and regulations thereunder, as from time to time in effect;
Reports to Holders and Exchanges. Each of SCI and Seller will, and Guarantor will, and will cause SCI to, furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Bank Purchaser, in addition to the reports required by subsections (a) and (b) next above, promptly upon the Administrative Agent's or any Bank Purchaser's request, copies of any reports specified in such request which it sends its public stockholders generally, and any reports or registration statements that it files with the SEC or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and to registrations of securities for selling security holders.
Reports to Holders and Exchanges. In addition to the reports required by SUBSECTIONS (a), (b), (c) and (d) next above, promptly upon the Administrative Agent's request, Georgia Gulf and GGCV will furnish to the Administrative Agent, on Purchaser's behalf, copies of any reports specified in such request which Georgia Gulf and GGCV send to any of its securityholders, and any reports or registration statements that Georgia Gulf and GGCV file with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and to registrations of securities for selling securities;
Reports to Holders and Exchanges. In addition to the reports required by subsections (a) and (b) next above, promptly upon the Agent's or any Purchaser's request, copies of any reports specified therein which API sends to any of its security holders, and any reports or registration statements that API files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans, to stock plans for dealers and/or distributors and to registrations of securities for selling Security holders;
Reports to Holders and Exchanges. Copies of any reports or -------------------------------- registration statements that the Transferor, IKON Capital or IKON Office files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and registrations of securities for selling security holders and statements filed on Form S-1 or S-4;
Reports to Holders and Exchanges. Promptly upon the Agent’s request, copies of any notice, request for consent, financial statements, certification, or other communication under or in connection with any Transaction Document and copies of any reports which the Servicer, the Transferor or the Borrower sends to any of its securityholders (in such capacity), and any reports or registration statements that Aspen, the Transferor or the Borrower files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and to registrations of securities for selling securities;
