Common use of Reports and Meetings Clause in Contracts

Reports and Meetings. A. CONTRACTOR shall submit, on forms provided or approved by ADMINISTRATOR, financial and/or programmatic reports as requested by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they relate to this Agreement. ADMINISTRATOR will be specific as to the nature of the information requested and allow thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.
