Reporting Defects of Equipment. Employees shall immediately, or at the end of their shift, report all defects of equipment. Such reports shall be made on a suitable form furnished by the Employer and shall be made in multiple copies; one copy to be retained by the employee. The Employer shall not ask or require any employee to take out equipment until same has been approved as being safe by a person properly certified in the repair and maintenance of said equipment or the Sheriff or his representative. When the occasion arises where an employee gives written report on forms in use by the Employer of a vehicle being in an unsafe working operation condition, and receives no satisfactory explanation from the Employer, he shall take the matter up with the officers of the Union who will take the matter up with the Employer.

  • Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
