Report-Time Allowance. Bus Operators shall be allowed ten (10) minutes report time allowance for a run. In addition, the following allowances in each instance where the bus operator pulls the bus out of the garage: ten (10) minutes for each tripper, first half and second half of each swing run. Bus Operators who make a relief on the first half, shall receive ten (10) minutes report time allowance; bus operators who make relief on the second half of a swing run do not receive a report time allowance. Bus Operators on a tripper and the second half of a swing run must make the same report to the station clerk, as do operators for all other runs. Bus Operators who make relief away from the station are not required to report to the station clerk. Train Operators shall be allowed twenty (20) minutes report time allowance for a run. In addition, the following, in such instance when the Train Operator pulls the train out of the area of the yard: twenty (20) minutes each tripper, first half and second half of each swing run. Train Operators who make a relief on the first half shall receive ten (10) minutes report time allowance; train operators who make relief on the second half of a run do not receive a report time allowance. Train Operators on the second half of a swing run must make the same report to the station clerk, as do operators for all other runs. Train Operators who make relief away from the station are not required to report to the station clerk.
