Replacement Parts Warranty. e. Virus Warranty The Contractor represents and warrants that any Software Deliverables provided under an Authorized User Agreement to the Authorized User does not contain any known viruses. Contractor shall take reasonable actions and precautions not to introduce any known viruses in any Software Deliverable. Contractor is not responsible for viruses introduced at Licensee’s site.
