Policy Forms. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, or agreed to in writing by OGS, policies must be written on an occurrence basis.

Policy Forms. When requested, the Ceding Company will furnish the Reinsurer with a copy of each policy, rider, rate book, and applicable sales or marketing material that applies to the life insurance reinsured hereunder.

Insurance policies that remove or restrict blanket contractual liability located in the “insured contract” definition (as stated in Section V, Number 9, Item f in the ISO CGL policy) or that remove or modify the “insured contract” exception to the employers liability exclusion so as to limit coverage for claims that arise out of contract work, or that do not cover the additional insured for claims involving injury to employees of the named insured or subcontractors, are not acceptable. Policy forms must be provided to the Department upon request.
Policy Forms. Reinsurer acknowledges receipt from Ceding Company of specimen forms of the insurance policies under which the Reinsured Claims have been incurred.

Policy Forms. The Ceding Company has provided Munich Re, U.S. (Life) with the policy forms or product specifications applicable to the Policies reinsured under this Agreement. The policy form will provide the maximum contestable and suicide period as allowed by law. The Ceding Company shall notify Munich Re, U.S. (Life) at least ninety (90) days prior to the effective date of any proposed material change to the status, benefits or other material feature of the policy forms or product specifications of the Policies reinsured under this Agreement. If Munich Re, U.S. (Life) agrees to the proposed change in writing, Munich Re, U.S. (Life) shall provide adjusted reinsurance coverage in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. In the event that Munich Re, U.S. (Life) does not respond within thirty (30) days, Munich Re, U.S. (Life) shall be deemed to have accepted such change. If Munich Re, U.S. (Life) rejects such proposed change in writing, such proposed change shall not be reinsured under this Agreement, and Munich Re, U.S. (Life) shall not provide adjusted reinsurance coverage.
Policy Forms. All policies of insurance provided for herein shall be issued by insurance companies with a general policyholders’ rating of not less than A and a financial rating of XIII as rated in the most current available “Best’s Insurance Reports” and qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia; and except for Xxxxxxx'x Compensation and employers liability, all such policies shall be issued in the name of the Landlord, Tenant and such other person or firms as Landlord specifies from time to time and shall be for the mutual and joint benefit and protection of Landlord, Tenant and others hereinabove mentioned. Executed copies of all such policies of insurance or certificates thereof shall be delivered to Landlord within ten (10) days after delivery of possession of the Premises to Tenant, and thereafter within thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the term of each such policy. All public liability and property damage policies shall contain a provision that Landlord, although named as an insured, shall nevertheless be entitled to recovery under said policies for any loss occasioned to it, its agents and employees by reason of the negligence of Tenant. As often as any policy shall expire or terminate, renewal or additional policies shall be procured and maintained by the Tenant in like manner and to like extent. All such policies of insurance shall provide that the company writing said policy would give Landlord thirty (30) days notice in writing in advance of any cancellation or lapse or the effective date of any reduction in the amounts of insurance. All public liability, property damage and other casualty policies shall be written as primary policies, not contributing with and not in excess of coverage which Landlord may carry. Initial ________
