Repeated. Unless a representation is expressed to be given at a specific date and except for clause 11.3(c) (No Material Adverse Change), they will be deemed to be repeated by the Borrower:
(i) on the date of each Notice of Drawdown;
(ii) on the date of drawdown of each Advance; and
(iii) on each Interest Payment Date, by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
Repeated. The representations and warranties set out in Clause 6.1 are made as at the date of this Agreement and shall be deemed repeated on each Drawdown Date and at the commencement of each Interest Period (updated mutatis mutandis to each such date).
Repeated use of sick leave with a frequency that far exceeds the norm or that reveals a suspicious pattern. Short-term – less than three (3) days. Abuse – use of sick leave for purposes other than intended.
Repeated. Except for clause 10.1(f) (No Material Adverse Change), they will be deemed to be repeated by the Company:
(i) on the date of each Notice of Drawdown;
(ii) on the date of drawdown of each Advance; and
(iii) on each Interest Payment Date, by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.

Repeated. Contractor repeatedly, in judgment of City, receives a notice, assessment, or determination of the same or different violation of applicable law.
