Times when made Sample Clauses

Times when made. The following applies in relation to representations and warranties set out in clauses 12.1: (a) First made. They will be made on the date of this Agreement. (b) Repeated. They will be deemed to be repeated by the Company: (i) on the day on which the Bank gives the notification referred to in the definition of the Effective Date (Satisfaction of the conditions precedent); and (ii) on each 30 March, 30 June, 30 September and 30 December of each year, by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
