RELIEF OF RESPONSIBILITY. The Company recognizes the limitations upon the authorized dele- gate and agent of the Union, and shall not hold the Union liable for any unauthorized acts. The Company in so recognizing such limi- tations shall have the authority to impose proper, non-discriminato- ry discipline, including discharge. In the event the delegate or the designated alternate has led, instigated, or encouraged unauthorized strike action, slowdown, or work stoppage in violation of this Agreement, he may be singled out for serious discipline, up to and including discharge.

  • Delegation of Responsibility Transmission Provider may use the services of subcontractors as it deems appropriate to perform its obligations under this LGIP.
