Relations between Partners.  Each partner will take all measurable steps to co-operate with the Board and with the Chair in relation to their responsibilities under the SCB partnership agreement in order to secure the achievement of the objectives and facilitate the performance of the functions of the Board.  Each partner will:  Treat each other with respect, dignity and equality of esteem;  Be open with information about their performance insofar as it relates to their functions and role in the SCB and provide the SCB with early information about relevant problems;  Co-operate to agree joint projects, protocols or arrangements as may be required from time to time.

Related to Relations between Partners

  • Relationship Between Parties Each party will be deemed to represent to the other party on the date on which it enters into a Transaction that (absent a written agreement between the parties that expressly imposes affirmative obligations to the contrary for that Transaction):

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Any dispute between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled through negotiation.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
