Rejection of Subscription. At or before the Closing, the Company may, in its sole discretion and for any reason, elect not to accept the subscription of Subscriber, in whole or in part. If the Company rejects such subscription, the Company shall refund to Subscriber all funds submitted by Subscriber to the Company in connection with such rejected subscription.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Subscriber will not receive any interest on funds submitted to the Company but subsequently refunded. The Subscriber may not revoke the Agreement, and the Subscriber may not cancel, terminate or revoke this Agreement, which shall be binding upon the Subscriber, and the Subscriber’s heirs, trustees, beneficiaries, executors, personal or legal administrators or representatives, successors, transferees and assigns and, in the case of an individual, shall survive his death or disability.
Rejection of Subscription. In the event that a subscriber is rejected by the Company for any reason, the Escrow Agent shall, upon written direction received from the Company, return all subscription funds received from such subscriber with respect to any subscription by such rejected subscriber, without deduction (but without interest), directly to such subscriber.
Rejection of Subscription. 3.1 The Purchaser understands and agrees that the Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject this Subscription or any other subscription for any Series in the Offering of Royalty Shares, in whole or in part, and for any reason or no reason, notwithstanding prior receipt by the Purchaser of notice of acceptance of this subscription. If the Company rejects a subscription, either in whole or in part (which decision is in its sole discretion), the Company shall return the rejected Subscription Price or the rejected portion thereof to the Purchaser without deduction, offset or interest accrued thereon. If this subscription is rejected in whole this Subscription Agreement shall thereafter be of no further force or effect. If this subscription is rejected in part, this Subscription Agreement will continue in full force and effect to the extent this subscription was accepted.
Rejection of Subscription. The undersigned recognizes that the Trust reserves the unrestricted right to reject or limit any subscription and to close the offer at any time.
Rejection of Subscription. In the event of rejection of this Subscription, any payment made by Subscriber pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any documents executed by Subscriber as required by this Agreement, will be returned to Subscriber within 30 days, and this Agreement, as between Subscriber and the Company, shall have no force nor effect. SUBSCRIBER FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT, NOTWITHSTANDING SATISFACTION OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT SUBSCRIBER’S SUBSCRIPTION IN WHOLE OR IN PART IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

Rejection of Subscription. The Subscriber acknowledges that prior to acceptance, the Corporation, in its sole discretion, may reject this subscription for any reason at any time. If this subscription is rejected, the Corporation will promptly return the Subscription Documents and will refund the Total Subscription Price.
Rejection of Subscription. In the event the Issuer notifies the Escrow Agent that it is rejecting a subscription, the Escrow Agent shall promptly issue a check in the amount of the collected funds from the subscriber's check to the rejected subscriber after the Escrow Agent has cleared such funds. If Escrow Agent has not yet submitted a rejected subscriber's check for collection, the Escrow Agent shall promptly remit the subscriber's check directly to the subscriber.
