Common use of Reinstatement of Employee Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Employee. The Noblesville Common Council authorizes a Department Head, with the approval of the appropriate Merit Commission and Board of Works, to reinstate said benefits of any Firefighter who, after serving at least 365 days of full-time employment, resigns from the department, is then rehired within 1 year of separation from employment, and completes an additional 364 days of full- time employment. All of which is subject to the aforementioned authority with completion of requirements under conditional offer of employment.
