Reimbursement of training hours. For a compulsory course taken on behalf of the employer or taken to maintain Code 95 and the TCVT certificate, the course costs, examination fees and travelling expenses (tax maximum net kilometre allowance) and course time will be reimbursed. These hours are compensated at 100% and do not count towards overtime and are not compensated as Saturday or Sunday hours.
