Reimbursement for jury service. (a) A full-time Employee required to attend for jury service during their ordinary hours of work must be reimbursed by the Employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid to the Employee in respect of the Employee’s attendance for such jury service and the wages the Employee would have received in respect of the ordinary hours the Employee would have worked had the employee not been on jury service.
