Rehabilitation Production Goals. A. AFSCME shall be notified prior to the Department of Rehabilitation establishing new Statewide production goals or substantially modifying existing goals for Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors or Vocational Psychologists. The Department, at the request of the Union, shall meet and discuss the implementation of such goals. The Department will give full consideration to ideas, concerns and proposals made by AFSCME.
