Registering for Unemployment Benefit. In event of an employee registering for unemployment benefit, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 16 and the contract of employment not having been terminated by either party, the employee subsequently resuming work with the same employer, the employment shall be deemed to have been continuous for the purpose of this Rule.
