Rule 16 Clause Samples

Rule 16 typically refers to a procedural rule in court systems that governs the scheduling and management of pretrial conferences and case management. It outlines how parties and the court should prepare for trial, including setting deadlines for motions, discovery, and other pretrial activities. For example, it may require parties to meet and confer before the conference and submit proposed schedules or plans.
