System Operations. Each party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to transmit Data Communications to, and receive Data Communications from the parties’ respective Receipt Computers.
System Operations. 5.1 The Power Producer as Owner and Operator The System will be legally and beneficially owned by the Power Producer and will be operated and maintained and, as necessary, repaired by the Power Producer at its sole cost and expense. Replacement of spare parts if any shall be responsibility of Power Producer for the complete period of Agreement. If any repair or maintenance costs incurred by the Power Producer as a result of Purchaser's breach of its obligations, shall be reimbursed in full by Purchaser. Power Producer shall not be responsible for any work done by others on any part of the System/Project authorized by the Purchaser and not authorized in advance by the Power Producer in writing. Power Producer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of or resulting from improper operation or 'maintenance of the System by Purchaser or anyone instructed to do such work by Purchaser. In the event of a problem with the System, as a result of the Purchaser actions for which Power Producer is not responsible as provided in this Agreement, Purchaser may choose and pay Power Producer for diagnosing and correcting the problem at Power Producer or Power Producer's contractors standard rates.

Seller agrees and acknowledges that the System Operator will be solely responsible for its functions, and that nothing in this Agreement will be construed to create any rights between Seller and the System Operator. Seller agrees that it is obligated to engage in interconnected operations with Buyer and the System, and Xxxxxx agrees to fully comply with all System Operator Instructions.
System Operations. Each Trading Partner, at its own expense, shall be responsible for and/or provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to effectively and reliably transmit and receive Electronic Transactions.

If Provider is down and this prevents either party from meeting the pickup or delivery frequency agreed to, that party must notify the other party the same day.

Each Party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the software, equipment, communication lines, services, and testing necessary to meet minimum system requirements, to effectively and reliably conduct Data Transmissions, and to effectively use the Data received from the other Party. In the event that either Party implements a change in system environment, each Party shall (i) give the other Party at least ninety (90) days notice of any such change that will effect the ability to conduct Data Transmissions, and (ii) cooperate to conduct such further testing as may be reasonably necessary, and subsequent to such further testing, each Party shall communicate its approval to re-commence the Data Transmissions.
System Operations. A. Trading Partner will provide at its own expense the equipment, software and services necessary to reliably transmit, receive and control documents.

The System will be owned by Provider or Provider’s Financing Party and will be operated and maintained and, as necessary, repaired by Provider at its sole cost and expense; provided, that any repair or maintenance costs incurred by Provider as a result Purchaser’s negligence or breach of its obligations hereunder shall be reimbursed by Purchaser.

The Parties agree to individually bear all costs for integration of their respective internal systems and all transaction-related costs associated with the implementation and use of Transmission Standards Each Party will provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to effectively, reliably, timely, and securely transmit and receive Transactions. Each Party will provide sufficient notice to the other of any changes in systems operations that might impair the mutual capabilities of the Parties to meet the Transmission Standards.
